Why I Read the Most Advanced Ancient Book of All Time

I’m not really into books. In fact in high school, I only read literatures that were required by the teacher. Nor do I like the “reading comprehension” part of the exam. Reading, in general, simply does not interest me. But I dare not live a day without reading at least a line from this book of books (66 books to be exact) – the Bible. It’s the world’s best seller, but definitely not the best read.

I read the Bible because it’s very interesting, on the contrary to the famed notion of the Bible being boring. It talks of the spiritual world, which includes the angels, the cherubim, and the evil spirits, about giants, the man who lived for 969 years, a man having 24 fingers, a man with a thousand wives and concubines, the donkey who talked to Balaam, and a lot more. Moreover, the Revelations tells about a battle against the dreaded dragon and how the world is going to end as the seven seals in heaven are opened by the angels, one at a time. The Bible is greater than any novel, epic. It’s greater than any piece of literature. It’s the best.
